Sumitha N. S. is a Senior Research Fellow in Prof. G. S. Sailaja’s team at the Department of Polymer Science and Rubber Technology since September 2016. She received her Masters degree in Applied Chemistry form University of Calicut. Her research is focussed on the development of biofunctional surface engineered superparamagnetic nanomaterials with hyperthermia potential for cancer therapy. She is working on tumour specific drug delivery also.
